Jo-Ann Jaffe is the Director of Development for Second Chance and is committed to finding solutions for homelessness, unemployment and prisoners reentering into society. Jo-Ann has expanded the Second Chance budget from $500,000 to more than $2 Million in a little more than 5 years. Jo-Ann measures her own success not in money raised but in the number of clients served. Her passion and eagerness continue to motivate fellow employees and clients to reach for and achieve higher goals. Jo-Ann was previously Sr. VP and Director of Marketing for La Jolla Bank & Trust, and President & Founder of Strategic Marketing Company. Jo-Ann’s skills include fund development, donor recognition, public relations, event planning, relationship building, policy-making, board development, and strategic planning.
