Jon Fleming serves as the President of Legacy Realty Capital Inc. Jon has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business for over 27 years. After beginning his career in construction and permanent financing for Security Pacific National Bank and then Home Federal Savings and Loan of San Diego he ventured into the distressed debt turnaround market. Over the past 15 years he has successfully negotiated the purchase of over $300 million of loans and commercial real estate properties. Jon has a keen entrepreneurial eye to seeing financial and operational issues and identifying solutions to fix the problems. Jon has provided 25 years of community service in various capacities and received a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
